Join the Age-Friendly Innovation Center at The Ohio State University College of Social Work, the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, and the Franklin County Office on Aging for a free webinar sharing findings from the 2026 Central Ohio Regional Assessment on Aging (CORAA) and introducing the new 2026 CORAA Data Dashboard.
CORAA surveys adults age 50 and older in Columbus and eight Central Ohio counties: Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union. Topics include housing, transportation, health, food and financial security, caregiving, social connection and emergency preparedness. The public dashboard will support program planning, policy advocacy, research and grant writing.

Speakers
Featured speakers are Holly Dabelko-Schoeny, MSW, PhD, FGSA, director of research at the Age-Friendly Innovation Center, and Marisa Sheldon, MSW, LISW-S, the center's director. Chanda Wingo, director of the Franklin County Office on Aging, and Katie White, director of the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, will welcome attendees.
Continuing education
The training is approved for 1.5 continuing education clock hours for Ohio counselors, marriage and family therapists, and social workers. Social workers completing the training may receive 1.5 general continuing education clock hours under ACE. The event is also approved for 1.5 AICP CM.
Participants must attend the entire webinar and complete the required evaluation, including an ungraded post-test, to receive credit. Partial credit is not available.
