Biography
Rand Talal Akasheh is a research scientist in the Cheng Lab within Ohio State’s Division of Cancer Prevention and Control. Her background includes doctoral training in integrative pathophysiology and nutrition at the University of Illinois Chicago and prior faculty experience at the American University of Madaba. Her interests span nutrition, disease prevention, cancer, and healthy aging, including the relationships among aging biology, dementia, and health behaviors.
