Biography
Susan Zies is an assistant professor and family and consumer sciences educator with Ohio State University Extension in Wood County. Her community education focuses on nutrition, health and wellness, diabetes education, and childhood obesity prevention. She also contributes to Generation Rx programming that helps older adults use medications safely.
Zies earned her BS in nutrition at Northern Illinois University and her MEd in career and technology education, with a focus on training and development, at Bowling Green State University.
